Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal on Sunday met Singapore Minister for Foreign Affairs Vivian Balakrishnan in the side-lines of ASEAN-India Pravasi Bharatiya Divas in Singapore. CM Sonowal is on a visit to Singapore. CM Sarbananda Sonowal addressed the ASEAN-India Pravasi Bharatiya Divas and interacted with other ministers besides Vivian Balakrishnan, senior officials and dignitaries on the occasion.
